My Skinny Husband- Meet D
So I have to say have been experiencing more energy since I changed my eating! It took about a week or more but 2 weeks in and I am really enjoying this energy! I am starting to feel "normal" again! WOOHOO!
To be honest I didn't think I was going to feel this good but I am and I am overall less hungry too. Maybe because I am fueling my body with the nutrients it actually needs? Yay for veggies! LOL
OH I did level 2 of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred- She Trashed My A**!!! That was hard core. Seriously 3 days ago and I am still hurting. EESH!
